When can I watch a movie?

In general, you can wait up to 14 days to start to watch your movie content from the day of release or purchase, (whichever is later).

E.g. Movie Fantastic is released on 8 July.
You purchased it before the 8 July, the 14 days countdown start from 8 July. Therefore the last day of viewing is 22 July.
If you pay for it on the 10 July, the 14 days countdown start from 10 July. Therefore the last day of viewing is 24 July.

And once you click PLAY for the movie, you have to finish watching the content within 48hrs.

Film Festival movies may have different viewing periods, please check the festival or movie detail page for info.



What are the system requirements?

You can watch on PCs running Windows 7+, Intel-based Macs running macOS10.12+. You can also watch on Android tablets and phones using the Android App, and iPhone and iPad using the iOS App. You will need a broadband or fibre internet connection - dial up will not work. I can’t stream any of the content, what’s going on?

Check your minimum system requirements above. We recommend that you update to the latest version of your browser.
We use adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend cable or fibre connections as we cannot guarantee consistent HD streaming on 4G or other networks.

What happens if I forget my password?

Simply click Forgot your password on the Sign In page, enter the email address you used when you created an account and a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

Why does video playback stall or not play smoothly?

If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent, you may experience problems during playback.

What devices can I Chromecast from?

You can Chromecast from a Chrome web browser or from an Android device using the Android app or from an iPad using the iPad app.
