Teenager Okju and her younger Dongju, move into their grandpa’s house during their summer vacation after their father went broke. While young Dongju adapts well to his new home, Okju feels rather awkward about her new environment. Soon after their soon-to-be-divorced aunt also moves in, and as Okju spends time with her family, the house and her grandpa start to grow on her. However, when her grandpa gets sick, the adults decide to send him to the hospice and sell the house. The film tells a story of a family and illustrates the house they stay in. Ok-joo’s presence is that of an observer during this time, after which she overcome her loss and takes a leap.
